ATTENTION PUBLIC – On April 22, 2010 Pharmacies Across Chicagoland Have Been Notified By Officials That Mr. Joseph L. Giacchino, Jr., Is No Longer A Medical Doctor In Good Standing In The State Of Illinois

The following is a public service announcement:

Mr. Joseph Giacchino, Jr.

Mr. Joseph Giacchino, Jr.

WARNING – please be advised former patients of Mr. Joseph L. Giacchino, Jr. that any unfilled prescriptions that you have from Mr. Giacchino are officially invalid. Destroy them at once. Mr. Giacchino’s license has been suspended. Read about it here (this is a screen capture from the State of Illinois Division of Professional Regulation website).

Those of you that are in need of a new doctor’s office because of Mr. Joseph L. Giacchino’s self-destruction as a physician, please contact Loyola Hospital’s physician referral center at (708) 216-9000. In my opinion, Loyola Hospital contributed to creating the monster in Mr. Giacchino in the early 1980s when they decided to not report a serious crime committed by Giacchino to the proper authorities. I believe Giacchino’s crime was not reported because of the effect it would have on Loyola’s bottom line. Therefore, I feel Loyola Hospital deserves the experience of dealing with the recent medical concerns of Giacchino’s now former patients.

Approximately one-year ago Dr.Demorest resigned without notice from Mr. Giacchino’s clinics, most likely due to moral outrage over the dangerous patient abuses of his boss. In light of recent matters, it is obvious that Dr. Demorest made a very wise decision.

I would like to thank the authorities for finally stepping in and dealing with this situation. Hopefully this is just the first round in a slew of attacks against doctors that sell their patients pain medication.

    Dear Joe,

Good job with contributing to the demise of a bad person like Giacchino! Your articles over the last 2 years surly helped in focusing attention on Giacchino. Keep up the good work. KTF Media Group is truly a public asset.

  2. Hey Joe,

I hear the loser (Giacchino) has his employees answering the phones at the clinic-begging patients to send letters to the State of Illinois asking for the revalidation his medical license. lol

  3. Dear Dr. Now,

I am not surprised that Giacchino would be acting in such a desperate way. He has huge mortgages on several homes spanning the United States – California to Florida – and large payments on roughly a dozen high-end automobiles that are depreciating by the second. Yes, I could see why he is desperate. Now he will start to feel the pressure that his victims have been feeling for years. All I can say, I hope Giacchino lives to be 100.

  4. In light of today’s bad economic times, coupled with the ongoing banking failure in America, KTF Media Group has taken the liberty of contacting American Express to inform them of the recent medical license suspension of one of their card holders – Mr. Joseph L. Giacchino, Jr. I am not suggesting that Mr. Giacchino will attempt any wrongdoing, nor am I suggesting that American Express make changes to Giacchino’s account. I have merely given the gift of ‘knowledge’ to American Express, informing them that one of their ‘valued’ account holders is no longer a doctor. Whatever American Express does with the information is their business.

  5. Its about time on

It is about time that creep/drug dealer gets his license taken away !! He has destroyed so many lives all so he could live in his big fancy house. How does that man sleep at night ? The same goes for his gold digging wife and daughter in law they both know what he does and yet they sit back enjoy all the benifits. He better hope his children and grandchildren never end up in a doctors office like his. His daughter in law and his wife’s families should be ashamed allowing them to marry into that family. Hope he rots in jail for the nexts 50 years.

  6. i like dr. giacchino i really do belive he is a good doctor. he did what he thought was best for the people that came to him for help not all his patients are drug addicts. he took care of kids and he helped out people with no insurance. can he get credit

  7. dr. giacchino i want you and everyone else to know i do support you the fullest and wish you the best. i really do appreciate what you have done for me and my family. good luck i hope to see you again.

  8. I have no idea what your problem is with this Dr. nor do i care why don’t you get a life of your own. You sound like your either jealous of him, or gay and sad because he isn’t. Whatever the case, go get the help you so desperately need, you got some serious issues!!!!!!

  9. Its about time on

Rosie, are you serious you support him to the fullest ? He was a drug dealer !!! he only took care of the other because he had to, to make it look like he was actually a doctor he doesnt care about you or those kids. He cares about the guy that comes in to get his next fix and thats all he cares about. Think about what you are saying “not all of his patients are drug addicts ” NONE OF THEM SHOULD BE, NOT EVEN ONE ! He should be helping people not killing them !! Get real lady !!!!!!!!!!!!

  10. Dear Susan,

The State of Illinois has striped Mr. Giacchino and his former clinic of their license to practice medicine and you accuse me of having ‘some serious issues’. Lol

If you want to know what my problem with Mr. G is all about, read the articles on this publication.

I am not jealous of anyone, especially a man that will likely commit suicide by Christmas. As for your idea that I am gay – I am not gay, I am very gay. The news of Mr. G’s latest circumstances has made me as gay as I have ever been. And you are right, Mr. G is not gay – he is miserable.

Please be aware that I am not relying on the definition that pertains to ‘same sex issues’ when I used the word ‘gay’ above. Thank you.

Why would a guy with (according to you) a cash fortune, a very very UBER-hot wife, and interesting friends commit suicide before Christmas?

  13. Joseph Fosco on

    Dear Drinking,

First, I wish to specify that I am not making the prediction that G will commit suicide. A former friend of G has shared this with me – I merely mentioned it in one of my posts in this thread. As to his cash fortune, I will clarify – Giacchino’s wife is likely the sole custodian of the cash fortune – the cash fortune that G amassed.

Getting back to the prediction that G might commit suicide by Christmas.

Assuming that things remain right and G is not allowed to practice medicine for an indefinite period, coupled with the possibility that MPC might be able to reopen under a new administration at a discounted value (which will likely be G’s first wife Dr. Dado – she will draw a salary for her role), I believe that the current Mrs. G (the purported gold digging custodian of the cash fortune) will leave G in the near future. No matter what way you look at it – G’s income is going to plummet. I believe the current Mrs. G is married to the bucks, not to pops. Therefore, the devastation of a senior citizen like G losing his profession, money and wife (which are all predictions for now), could very well cause G to do something foolish. Christmas time is usually the time of the year that people succumb to their depression.

G might actually be too egotistical to commit suicide. In this case, I hope he does not kill his wife.

The blog portion of this piece is for people to exchange ideas and thoughts. Feel free to share. However, keep it appropriate.

  14. drinking prob. on

    YOU keep it appropriate.

“Christmas time is usually the time of the year that people succumb to their depression.” … ???

  15. Joseph Fosco on

    Dear Drinking,

    I will clarify.

People that suffer from enormous stress, such as job loss, divorce, criminal charges, etcetera, according to published statistics, holidays usually become a very difficult time for some troubled people. Thank you.

  16. drinking prob. on

Give me a break. It’s sorry to see a fellow-Catholic publicly anticipate the suicide of a fellow-human being. Thank you, and happy Sabbath.

  17. Joseph Fosco on

    Dear Drinking,

The person that made the prediction is not Catholic.

    Thank you for your readership.

True, Giacchino would have done well to have made far, far better choices in his life. But I question many of your remarks.

  20. First off, let me begin by telling you that when someone has to center their whole life around trying to ruin a persons career, thats sad. I feel very sorry for you, not that he lost his job, because that is only a physicality that can be corrected, unlike your mental state. Also, I would like to add, if in fact Dr.G WERE to commit suicide I think it would be very appropriate to say that you in fact are a murderer, why do I say that you may ask? Well, let me explain… You have been obviously working very hard at trying to destroy him with all your fairytale stories but I think that you should perhaps use all that energy into possibly writing a childrens book, they LOVE stories and will believe anything that comes out of your mouth and I think at the end of the day, it would be much more rewarding knowing you touched children.. Oops, I mean touched the LIVES of those children.. Ha Ha my mistake, or is it? 🙂

  21. dr. giacchino on

dr. giacchino i want you and everyone else to know i do support you the fullest and wish you the best. i really do appreciate what you have done for me and my family. good luck i hope to see you again. I Hope You Get OUT.

  23. The last entry that was under Dr G why don’t you learn how to spell first or hit the spell check before making your comment’s

  24. To those who are sick and need help; find a suboxone Dr. and right the ship. I’m indifferent on Dr G but he was only out for the money…

Fosco; I know you don’t think highly of G but to think he would put all his eggs with an ex-porn star you’re nuts. He knew this day would come and has been preparing for it… trust me…

  25. Fosco; If you want to find where all his money is do a little research on his dad in orange county, california. you can give me the source credit on that one!

  26. Dr. G is the shit! I fully support him Ive been goin to him for awhile any medical problem ive had he checks out n doesnt immediately throw meds at it like sum drs do. he is a good person. u ppl have no lives n obviously r miserable all u have is pickin at ppl so what hes made money. so should we gang up on bill gates he friggin rich. u dont like him as a dr dont go to him. u ppl r the ones ruining ppls lives by not allowing them to see a dr they know and trust! i will b a loyal patient as hes been a loyal dr to me.

  27. Earth to Nicole! He’s done! They suspended his license… Everyone knew this day would come, including Dr. G!

  28. Joseph Fosco on

According to confidential reports that I have received, it seems that Mr. Giacchino was not anticipating the news that he received on April 22, 20010. Giacchino purportedly began screaming and throwing things in his office when the officials informed him that his license was suspended and that the Melrose Park Clinic would be permanently closed.

  29. just cuz its suspendd dont mean hes revokd and the LOYAL pts will n are standing by him n will laugh in the haters faces when hes reinstated!

  30. Joseph Fosco on

    Dear Nicole,

Mr. Giacchino’s license is suspended. However, he will never get it back, not in this lifetime.

The license on the Melrose Park Clinic is likely over with for good as well.

  31. It is very sad to see all of you that are supporting this awful so cal
led Doctor. Obviously you don’t understand what he did and how many lives he has destroyed. HE IS A DRUG DEALER. I knew this day would come and I do believe that god has seen it all and I can only hope he feels the pain he has caused to so many for eternity. Shame on you “DR G”.

  32. Concerned patient on

I have been a patient of Dr Giacchino for over a year now. I was referred to him by a friend after suffering severe back problems due to a work injury. Dr Giacchino requested I get x-rays done and was very thorough every dr visit that I had. He has helped me tremendously by helping me deal with my pain and get back to work to continue providing for my son as a single mom. Im very worried that when I go to find a new dr, they are going to catagorize me as a “drug addict” because I used the help of pain killers to get through my 12 hour shifts as a CNA. I heard from my friend today that his license was suspended, so I got on and did some research. I must say after reading the acticles writen by Fosco, I am torn because I did not see Dr Giacchino as a bad person. I had no idea that all this gets posted about him on the internet! I felt that I had a good patient-dr relationship with my dr and I must say that I am not looking forward to having to try to find another dr to actually understand that some people might need the assistance of prescription medication to deal with their pain management. Im wondering if Dr Giacchino will be able to go back to work once he goes to his set court date? Could some of the accusations about him be false or fabricated? Is there something that has happened that I may not know about that has caused the Aprill 22 2010 closing of Dr Giacchinos office? Anyone who knows anything please fill me in. For now Im going to start looking for a new dr, and hope that I find another one who is able to help ME. Like I said, I felt that I had a good relationship with my dr, I can not say how other people may feel about him or what theyve experienced with him, but I found him to be very professional with me and never had any complaints about my dr, I did however tell Dr Giacchino that his receptionists were all horrible at treating patients with respect.

  33. Joseph Fosco on

    Dear Concerned,

Mr. Giacchino knew that he was the target of an aggressive investigation for the past couple of years. Therefore, you might have been fortunate that Giacchino likely felt as if he had to behave with you. On the other hand, I believe it is likely that Giacchino always treated a number of patients appropriately. However, I know that Giacchino did not treat a large number of patients appropriately – I am one of them. Sicko’s like Giacchino or Gacy do not victimize every single person they meet or do business with, which is why some associates cannot identify the villain’s dark side. I can promise you that when Illinois State Inspector Dan Murphy witnessed Giacchino rip his office apart on April 22, 2010, Murphy saw Giacchino’s dark side directly.

Mr. Giacchino lost his license on April 22, 2010. Giacchino has the right to have a hearing and fight for his license. According to my sources, the State of Illinois has enough on Giacchino to make sure he will never practice medicine again. In addition, the Melrose Park Clinic lost its license on April 22, 2010, as well. From what I have been told by professionals, a new medical group with a new name would have to come in and open the space at the old Melrose Park Clinic, as a completely different corporation.
If any of Giacchino’s former patients need their medical records for future medical attention with a different doctor, please contact Illinois State Inspector Dan Murphy for advice. Inspector Murphy can be reached directly at (847) 294-4952.

  34. Joseph Fosco on

According to Giacchino who once bragged to me that his influence with the Illinois Department of Professional Regulations, via Cook County Circuit Court Judge Jill Cerone Marisie’s immediate family associates – Anthony Erbacci, Jr – caused his earlier suspension from the 1980’s to be fixed. Giacchino told me that he should have never had his license restored in such a short period, considering the infractions.

I believe that Giacchino’s influence can no longer help him as they did in the 1980’s. In addition, Dan Murphy has done an excellent job with this case. In fact, I would like to thank the FBI, DEA, State of Illinois and everyone else that dedicated their time to taking a drug-dealing doctor out of action. Thank you.

Now we can sit back and wait for U.S Attorneys Office to bring insurance and tax fraud charges against Mr. Giacchino in the days ahead. And, the – soon to be – Giacchino divorce should be an interesting sideshow.

  35. No Joseph, you can sit and wait. You are so pathetic to sit here and consume yourself with ill willed thoughts towards DOCTOR G. You got your way, FOR NOW, but for every story you told to have his license suspended, there is a patient that, IS NOT A DRUG ADDICT, and NEVER TAKEN A PAIN PILL IN MY LIFE, to support him. I think you may have failed to notice that Melrose Clinic is primarily a pain clinic. I do not at all believ that happened to DOCTOR G. is permanent and I bet you, of all peole, are going to be miserable when you realize you dedicated nearly all of your pathetic little life on trying to destroy a man you owed money to. But in all honesty, your really not wasting much, so go ahead and keep acting like you are so important and like some well known journalist, ITS YOUR OWN SELF MADE WEBSITE!! Ha Ha. Get over yourself and put some energy into bettering yourself instead of trying to harm someone. Go ahead and proceed now with your opinionated self, I’m sure I will have something to say as well.

  36. WOW! This was a long time in the coming eh?

I feel very sorry for those who have a habit that he has been feeding. It’s a hard thing to kick.

This news is one for the good guys!

We have enough drug pushers on the streets it’s pathetic that he has used the medical profession to beholden these people who are now dope feins due to him.

  37. Caught Unaware on

Wow. As the name states I truly was caught unaware. I just began seeing Dr. Giacchino this month. I have Arnold Chiari malformation and have had two brain surgeries, will be one year post-op in June. I went thinking that he was a pain management physician. After having been told by another pain management clinic that they would not try alternative ( non-narcotic) methods for me I was elated that Dr. G was willing to try injections to kill the nerves in the area of my nerve damage on my skull. We did one that week and I went back two weeks later for another.
The only change he made in my current narcotic prescriptions was to move me to one with less Tylenol so as to not cause long term irritation to my stomach, and to increase my pain patch. These changes were done at the first appointment as there was no guarantee the injections would help me, and if they did they only help the external pain. I have internal as with my condition my CSF does not flow properly and caused high pressure in my skull.

I never would have thought he was “dealing”. Yes, there were shady looking characters in the office but I took it that they were being treated to get off the medications. They sure looked like they needed that. All I knew about pain clinics were that they were meant to help you find alternative methods to narcs.
    Guess I had no clue.

How can they really tell with a pain clinic if the meds are being prescribed properly, it is a pain clinic. Was he really giving out that much!!?? I would think it would take a lot to trigger looking into a pain clinic.

I’m saddened that I no longer have an option for the injections as they did ease the pain on the back of my head and I can rest it easier, but also afraid. I don’t want my name associated with something like this.

What will they do to his patients?

  38. Caught Unaware:

I feel sorry for you Dr. G is not a drug dealer he is an awesome Dr. this man has nothing better to do with his miserable life than tear others down! Good luck on finding another Dr. I still believe the Dr will be back in practice! I do not care what anyone says he is a good Dr and helped people out greatly!

  39. Actually, this man has introduced oxycotin to many young healthy men and women….with no pain at all. As long as you had cash and good insurance he would continue to provide it…..including increasing the doses the more hooked they became. He knew what he was doing….and what they were doing and all that was getting hurt along the way, all he cared about was the money. Do you really think he got all those fancy things with his local clients in the dirty melrose park clinic? Doubt it…

  40. u must of forgot on

I knew the name Joe Fosco sounded familiar but of course ur that… man that hung around the melrose park clinic…. Your false accusations against Dr. Giacchino will soon be cleared up… (Who cares about criminals being caught on audio tape?)…

  41. Let it happen to someone you love and let’s see who you will be calling a creep then. Good luck to you 🙂

  42. I love how everyone can sit here and point their finger at one person. You act like he is the one sitting there and making the medication himself. Hello morons, there are medical manufacturing companies that make the medication, and without their initial production of the medication itself, NO DOCTOR would be able to prescribe it. Should we sit here and talk about every drug dealer standing on the corner selling cocaine and other drugs THAT HAVE ACTUALLY taken peoples lives, DOCTOR G has not!! If you don’t, did, or do not like him, SHUT YOUR MOUTHS AND DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH HIM!!! Simple, simple, simple. There are lots of bad people out there, and he is not one of them. It is no ones concern as to how much medication he prescribes, I don’t happen to see any ones MD hanging on the wall.

  43. Joseph Fosco on

    Dear Aaron,

That is exactly why the State of Illinois no longer allows him to practice medicine. In fact, he will never practice again – not in this lifetime.

  44. American Greed

The TV program can do a piece about the good Doc. Cause that’s the name of this game. GREED

The opening shot can be the camera panning the extravagant and numerous cars parked at his home. Then show the dark side of the Gacy Art.

Not only is he a greedy pig, he’s a sicko. The 32 year difference in age in his marriage also leaves a lot to the imagination.

I feel bad for the people who walk to the clinic doors for the fix and they are locked out. No access to their files or their fix.

    Shame on Mr. Giacchino

  45. KARMA HIT THE NAIL ON THE HEAD! EVEN THOUGH G SAW AND TREATED A SMALL AMOUNT OF “COMMON” PATIENTS 90% ARE GOING TO BE GOING THROUGH SERIOUS WITHDRAWL!!! ANYONE THAT WOULD WALK INTO HIS OFFICE AND WAIT FOR MULTIPLE HOURS TO GET THEIR SCRIPTS, CAN”T TELL ME THEY DIDN”T KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON AND IF YOU SAY DIFFERENT YOUR’RE DUMB OR LYING!

  46. SUSAN,

DO YOUR RESEARCH, THERE HAVE BEEN TWO DEATHS OUT OF YOUR BELOVED MR. G’s OFFICE. THE DEA THAT SHOWED UP TO MY HOUSE HAD PICTURES AND STATEMENTS FROM THE FAMILY! I DON”T THINK YOU”D HAVE MUCH TO SAY IF YOU SAW WHAT I DID; UNLESS YOU WERE A SICKO OF COURSE!

  47. I DO FIND IT VERY FUNNY THAT FOSCO; WHO BASHES G FOR CHACING THE CASH, SOLD OUT TO A DRUG ADVERTISEMENT AT THE TOP OF HIS PAGE…

  48. Dear Howdy,

I contract the ads on this site via adbrite.com. I have no control over the ads. All I know is that the ads are legal. Thank you.

  49. I am sure the ads are generated based on readers browser history and content of material on KTF.

  50. concerned:PATIENT: on

    Joe Fosco fuck,
Are you serious right now? You have nothing better to do with your time or energy than to sit on the computer and talk all this non sense about Dr. G and his patients? Well i am one of his patients as well and i want to make this real clear to YOU i am no drug addict! It is none of your business as to the problems i have or had been suffering. Lets just say after many complications during the birth of my child I have been suffering with pain for the past 3 years and began seeing Dr.G about a year ago. I can honestly say I havent been this stable in a long time, he’s helped with many of the problems im experiencing. Ive been seen by numerous doctors who never “believed” or cared about what was really going on in my body. After seeing Dr. G for the first time, and breaking down to him in his office leaving there, i had hope and i had a “relationship” with my Dr. he was really concerned with my health and he did everything to provide the proper treatment for me. Which might i add, made a huge difference in my everyday life. Youre only focusing on the negative which is seen in all pain management clinics, the “drug addicts”. You cant assume every person going to Dr G. was a drug addict. Theres drug addicts going to the spots, there going to emergency rooms, theyre going to any pain clinic so how is Dr. G wrong for what hes done? Its not his problem when a person decides to abuse their prescribed medication, and either die or become dependent. Thats the persons fault, thats the persons fault when they continue to see a doctor and lie straight to his face for more. Dr. G is no magician he cant mind read and see through people, all he can do is beleive his patients and do whats in his best interest to treat these people… And from my eyes thats what hes done.

    • Concerned Friend on

I am sure that both sides of this story are very sincere in their beleifs. Let me just say that I have personally witnessed The degradation of my friend because of this doctors blatant malpractice. Prescribing to my friend 120 vicodine, 120 muscle relaxers, and 120 zanix bars every month for 4 years has turned him into a shadow of his former self. Also, my friend has referred people to his practice for the sole purpose of picking up painkillers to sell on the streets. The Doctor knew what he was doing to these people and I for one am very glad to see that his liscense has been suspended. In fact I found this website after searching for this doctor as I went to my friends house and got rid of all his medication against his will. At first, I thought it was kinda cool for my friend to have this “connection” to unlimited pain meds and I have taken some from him in a recreational manner. But after watching my friend fall apart I quickly changed my mind. For you people that I vehemently defending this man. I am sure that you have not seen the destruction that he has caused. Thank you so much for the work that you have done to uncover this man and I hope that he never again is able to destroy someone’s life.

  51. Sounds like you got a monkey on your back or a kangeroo in your kitchen either best wishes throughout withdrawal.

  52. concerned:PATIENT: on

    Dear “uh”
is this you Fosco fuck? are you trying to act innocent and write under different names? lol come on i was ready to battle, and all you say is that?
    ITS CUZ IM FUCKING RIGHT!
and withdrawl?? Are you kidding me? I can honestly say again, that i didnt go into withdrawl just simply brought all my pain back. I still got by everyday and slept throughout the night. If i was withdrawling it would have been far more difficult to be my everyday self and take care of a child.

thank you and have a nice day.
and Dr.G… hang in there 🙂 dont worry we’re supporting you every step of the way.

  53. Not Fosco just an amused bystander – if you are in legit pain I wish you the best and hope you find an md to help you.

If not withdrawl to the person experiencing it can seem like legitimate pain.

I meant no offense but I cant stand creeps, crooks, and fakers.

  54. Joseph Fosco on

People please keep your language appropriate.

On behalf of KTF Media Group, thank you for your readership.

  55. Joseph Fosco on

    Dear Readers,

According to the Illinois Department of Professional Regulations, the following reasons caused the suspension of Giacchino’s medical license:

    (1) for issuing numerous controlled substances to patients of his practice without therapeutic purposes, (2) engaging in immoral conduct with the patient of his practice, and (3) pre-dating prescriptions.

I have to ask, are there any female patients that want to elaborate on reason number 2?

  56. Joseph Fosco on

PS – Mrs. Giacchino must be a very understanding person after all. Reason number 2 should have caused a divorce (in my opinion).

  57. Its funny that you say that, women always came and went a lot faster then guys did in the office. His porno star wife did put on a LOT of weight after the pregnancy…:P

Wonder who will be writing scripts for G now because that cat had more mood swings and smaller pupils then his pregnant porn star wife. That tells me one thing… OC 80 HABIT… Hopefully G will feel what he put his patients through…

  58. concerned:PATIENT: on

Oh wow, now isnt this getting a bit ridiculous?
Let me let you all in on a little secret, it takes 2 to tango!! right? If Dr. G really had more with patients than just a dr/patient relationship who cares! Its not like he violated anyone if they were willing to partake in this kind of activity. Im sure Dr.G didnt force anyone to do what they didnt want to do. If its consentual its ok. Many women feel the need to offer sexual favors in exchange for many things.. “better care” or as a “door opener”… even for money. Its seen throughout the world in many different aspects. Just because Dr.G is being ACCUSED of something like this doesnt mean its true. Maybe all these ACCUSATIONS are coming from the mouths of people who obviously didnt care too much for Dr.G, and would say and do anything for him to go down. Even if he did engage in some sort of sexual behavior with his patients doesnt make him a bad man. This also is seen in everyday life and happens all the time. People in the workplace for example, students and teachers.(ETC.) blah blah blah who cares!! As long as they were of age, and consented to this kind of behavior its not wrong in my eyes.. Yes he had a wife, but if he didnt care im sure the “other women” arent going to care either. This also happens all the time in everyday life, just cause its happening now with Dr.G just gives more fuel to the fire so of course thats what you guys are focusing on. Which is pathetic. Get a real job Fosco. YOUR OBVIOUSLY REALLY JEALOUS OF DR.G. Are you mad that pussy doesnt come your way as fast as Dr.G got some? hahahahahaha

  59. concerned:PATIENT: on

    HowdyD,
You seem to know a whole lot about Dr.G yourself. You were probably a past patient of his, who either got cut off or is just plain mad right now about Dr.G not being able to distribute medicine. I say take your jealous ass to another site, and comment away. no one cares about what you have to say, its all dumb comments anyways. Your a rude person, with alot of anger inside. Sounds like you need the help here. 😉

Take my advice, go get some help weirdo.

  60. concerned:PATIENT: on

    And Joe Fosco,
you said you are one of the victims here, that Dr. G was a sicko and you compare him to gacy? Does this mean you were sexually abused by this dr?

  61. Joseph Fosco on

    Dear Concerned,

The abuses that I have experienced by Giacchino are all out in the open throughout the archives of this publication.

I would like to say, Mr. Giacchino deserves a public relations consultant like you. Thank you for your time and effort. Keep it up – please.

  62. the ghost of fart on a horsey boner on

    J,

This “concerned:PATIENT” seems to be espousing some absurd ideas in the thread. Are you entertained by them? Personally, I’m wondering if our ol’ pal Harlem Playboy could be behind them.

  63. Johnny "has a nose" DiZronfooo on

    Joe,

So far you are 2 for 2 in regards to Dr. G and ‘no chin.’

I wonder if ‘no nose’ and the lawyer are the next ones you will be right about.

I guess only time will tell. BTW, I recently read somewhere that ‘mags’ is the head of the elmwood park crew, not ‘no chin,’ and that he appears to be heavy into gambling/loansharking. Any truth behind this or is it just a bunch of hogwash?

  64. concerned:PATIENT: on

No one is behind any of the comments that ive expressed throughout this forum. My name isnt present, but in my email address that i provided, shows my full name. So as the maker of this website, im sure you can see that. Im also sure you know that this isnt someone who is taking sides or someone who was told to say these things..this is all coming straight from me!!
I have sat back and read what you all had to say, and im simply voicing my opinion as well. Unlike some, im not here to worsen the situation and add fuel to the fire im standing up for what i think is right and for what i beleive in. As a patient of Dr.G i think i would have experienced these accusations first hand, but i havent which i find that odd. Considering he was such a horrible unethical dr. as you all describe him to be.
Ive never felt uncomfortable in Dr.G’s office and i always trusted him with everything in me. Does this make me a bad person, does this mean im a drug addict? Does this mean i myself was having sexual relations with my dr.?? HELL NO!
You all have all your stories twisted and fabricated to benefit what you believe is right. And thats what this forum is, to express our thoughts and feelings. So what if this is how i feel. Maybe im just being honest and all you haters arent.

  65. Dear Johnny,

2 for 2 indeed. And I will be 4 for 4 – actually 5 for 5, if you include Judge Jill Cerone Marisie.

The information that you found indicating Magnafichi as a boss of the Elmwood Park crew, in my opinion, is well outdated. Thank you.

  66. Class act you are Concerned Patient. A real class(less) act.

The vile obscenities you are splashing around here are disgusting. Grow up. Let me guess you did in Melrose Park, so the only way you know how to communicate or debate is with sick innuendos and obscenities. Typical. In your defense, you are a victim of circumstance I suppose…

Giacchino is known and has been known to give pain medication to stone cold junkies visa vis defrauding insurance companies. When push comes to shove, those patients will save their own ass and tell the truth about the goings on there.

And it takes 2 BS is null and void when you are dealing with an addict. That is just pure nonsense to even say that. This man is supposed to uphold an oathe, the junkie on the otherhand will do or say anything to get his fix.

I bet the local methadone clinics will be flooded soon. Very sad.

Joe, what happens next with him? Does he have to appeal the decision? Can he appeal? Is there just an amount of time he is suspended for? Will he be back in the saddle but under the auspices of his son’s practice?? Will he have to pay a fine??? Do you have any idea where this goes from here?

  67. concerned:PATIENT: on

    Noway,
I think you should read what you wrote again, you make absolutely no sense.
    You said it yourself,
“This man is supposed to uphold an oathe, the junkie on the otherhand will do or say anything to get his fix.”

that is what you just wrote, and that is exactly right.

As a pain management Dr. its very difficult in diagnosing and treating pain. Dr. G could only do so much, and that he did. He treated his patients as best as possible, and he also listened to them and their problems… maybe thats where he made a mistake.
    Actually believing you junkies who
were sitting in his office with not a thing wrong with them. These are the people who lied straight to Dr.G’s face. These are the people who pretended to have pain, and took advantage of this Dr. which resulted in exactly this. Ive witnessed Dr. G’s kind heart, and ive also witnessed his professional side. and let me tell you, he was constantly watching his back, he was constanly kicking people out of that clinic who were “junkies.” He was constantly cutting people off who were abusing the medication he’d given them. Cuz guess what its his ass on the line. He tried to do the right thing.
Many of these patients have ongoing chronic illnesses and these clinics are exactly whats needed for them and the pain they experience every single day. This isnt fair to Dr. G. or us (the sick ones)

  68. Dear No Way,

Mr. Giacchino will spend the next several years failing with attempts to get his license back. He is done for good. I belive that Giacchino will eventually be indicted on fraud charges relating to medical coverage and tax issues. Giacchino’s son is not a doctor, therefore, his son cannot open a clinic. However, Giacchino’s first wife is a dotor, I suspect that she will attempt to open a clinic so her Giacchino could collect an income thru their son, or in some other way.

  69. The good news CP is that there are a slew of of other Pain Management Clinics so the legitimate people with pain issues can certainly be seen at by another pain management doctor. (Good luck to all who needs to get their files however)

The abusers he was peddling pills to however will be seen through quickly in another location.

Concerned Patient, the feds do not just suspend licenses on a whim. Wouldn’t you agree that there had to be some preliminary investigation that led to the suspension (and now probable/ossible revokation.)

There’s a story floating around the town, that if he fights this suspension, they will investigate every single solitary script written. Which could lead to much worse repercussions. Not sure how true this rumor is?

And did the Feds really take every single file from the office? Wow. What a hassle for those who need to be transferred to new pain management docs. and/or have outstanding workmans comp cases etc.

    BIG MESS.

  70. concerned:PATIENT: on

I dont understand why you all keep saying that. . . “oh , have fun trying to get your files” blah blah blah.. well the people with LEGITIMATE pain and illnesses dont need a measley file to help be seen by another dr. I actually have everything i need to be seen by another doctor. What does Dr. G’s files have anything to do with whats really going on in the body? And if a person has a serious illness, dont you think they already have their own files? Cuz i sure do.
There are obviously many doctors that you have to go through and many work ups that are performed to actually diagnose and treat someone. right? and thats exactly my case.
Maybe i speak for myself when i say this but, i dont need to TRY to do anything to prove to another doctor anything. All that needs to be done is a quick look into my disabilty files, a quick look into every other hospital ive been to. and the work ups ive been going through for the past 3 years.. and im fine. Im not at all worried about what to do next.
I also dont think its very wise to write all this non sense about dr.g.and his patients like no one is gonna take offense to this shit? Of course I AM, cuz what you guys are making out his patients to be are horrrible. We all werent drug addicts so like i said before this isnt fair to some.

  71. I guess I have assumed that in order to walk in a pain management Dr.’s office and claim chronic pain…that one would need to show a history of such and what steps have been taken to aleviate (i.e. physio etc) with unsuccess which leads to needing narcotics.

  72. I am sure there were a handful of real problems in the hay stack of fraud.

I guess time will tell the truth as far as the legitimacy to whether or not the feds found illegal stuff going on.

Going forward, I hope you find a pain managment center/doctor to help you. If you do maybe you can recommend him here to help others that have been well basically, shafted.

  73. IMO your statement “you guys are making out his patients to be are horrrible” is so off the mark. It’s the good doc that was horrible. Not his patients.

  74. i would have to agree. i think this has been blown outta perportion. i loved havin dr g as my doc. he always treatd me fairly and helpd on all ways possible and if hes a so called drug dealer than y did he do random drug tests and y has he kicked people outta the office for drug abuse? it makes no sense. u people make him out to be a monster which he is not. he has obviously helpd many people and now cuz someone got mad at him probably because he cut them off for abusing there script or other drugs the dr and his patients now have to suffer. this is rediculous.

    • Concerned Friend on

He gave random drug screens as a way to cover his ass. Those are the exact words that came out of my friends mouth that had him as a drug connection for over 4 years. Look the doctor was shady whether everyone chooses to believe it or not. Good riddance!

  75. concerned,

I went to G up until I heard he was no longer a Dr.

Not sure if you read all posts or just enough to get yourself all worked up but I’ve already stated I was indifferent on the G subject. Both my brother and sister put themselves in rehab after G wrote them each 240 norco every time they went. you tell me another doctor that will write that amount and I will show you another Dr that needs to lose their practice… He used to write another girl (90) 80ml OC and 180 norcs for a sore wrist…

Oh ya, you seem to be the minority on this site. not sure why you’re here spitting anger when you have such great records that will get you meds from all these legit Drs that are ready to just open their prescription pads for what ever you want. Moron! Now that the state of illinois tracks every script you filled the last year; you’re stuck with G’s name as your doctor. Trust me, every pharmacy and about 3/4 of the doctors in this city know who he is…

  76. concerned:PATIENT: on

    Howdyd,
i dont beleive in anything your saying. i still think your just another junkie Dr.G cut off thats why your on this site bashing him. Now you say your two siblings including yourself were going to Dr.G..for what? This is a pain clinic, what business do all 3 of you have to be in that office? Are all of you sick? You all have chronic illnesses? Thats unlikely.. Sounds like you all are junkies to me. I know not another soul that goes to that Dr, and the only reason i knew of Dr. G was because he was my Dr. as a little girl.
Im not at all getting worked up, im stating my opinion. How many times do i have to remind you all of that?!!

  77. Funny how I posted something legitimate and truthful and you removed it. Is that the kind of man you really are? Well Mr. Fosco I will be visiting Dan Murphy’s office in Des Plaines tomorrow with my husband and 6 children. I will provide enough documentation to make you choke on your dinner, though that is not my intention.

For all of you that did not get a chance to read my message – I’ll repost it. And I keep on reposting it until Mr. Fosco admits from his own mouth or by his own hand that Dr. Giacchino does indeed help people who are truly suffering and who are truly ill. I will also be sure to send pictures or if you’d prefer video of my husband as he is suffering and struggling to breath. And you can bet your sweet ass if anything should happen to my husband you and I will meet in a court room and you will have your turn to endure, and I do mean endure, the same scrutiny but by and far a much graver fate, again not at my hands by those of judge and panel of your peers – and I use the term peers very loosely because persons such as yourself who can not own the choices that you’ve made and decide to place the blame on someone else in such a way that is disgusting and morally inethical are few and far between.

Here was my post that Mr. Fosco deleted from this so called public forum. Guess only he has freedom of speech.

It’s sad that you spend so much time and energy trying to destroy Dr. G. Maybe you should consider letting go and moving on with your life. You are obviously an intelligent person and your talents and energy could be used for much higher callings.

Anyways, I just wanted to let people know that Dr. G. has helped my husband tremendously. He was injured on the job and subsequently had a double spinal fusion surgery last June. We have since then seen 5 different Drs regarding the severe pain and involuntary muscle spasms he’s suffered from since the surgery. It was only when we finally saw Dr. G and he ordered a CT and MRI that we found the cause of the pain that all the other Drs insisted was in his head. The hardware and cadaver bones have shifted, he now has bone spurs that are putting pressure on his spinal cord and sciatic nerve and it looks like his sciatic nerve may be fused to his spinal cord. He also has a torn ACL.

We’re still fighting the Work Comp company and have no idea how long it will take for the approval that is needed to do the repeat spinal fusion surgery. Dr. G has been helping him manage his pain along with his hypertension and chronic bronchitis.

Just recently my husband was in the I.C.U. for pneumonia which turned into empyema. He had emergency surgery to remove the substance that caused his lungs to collapse and also required 2 chest tubes. He was released on April 24th.

Unfortunately since Dr. G’s license is now unable to practice medicine my husband is not able to get his breathing medication for his breathing treatments, his chronic and severe pain, nerve and anti-inflammatory medication and no follow-up care for the pneumonia or empyema. Did I mention that he is the father of 6?

So if you could just stop for a moment and reflect on the many lives you are effecting and ask yourself if all of this really worth it? The vendetta you have is placing many peoples health in danger and is causing so many to suffer needlessly. I think its time you ask yourself what part you played, what responsibility you have in your dealings with Dr. G? It’s time you stop playing the role of the innocent victim and reflect upon your life, your actions and the people you are hurting.

  78. Dear Dana,

You poor child… what has Giacchino done to you? Please get help!

The comment you allege that I removed is still on the thread that you originally posted it on – you obviously forgot which thread it was.

    You initially posted it here:

Dana, I did not remove your comment. Because of your confusion, your comment is posted twice. I will keep both of them on each thread if it makes you happy.

I pray that you get the help you need

  79. Fosco,
Do you call yourself a Christian in between getting railed by Demorest and insulting people with legitimate health problems, especially regarding the womans husband above me? You are a very sick man who needs mental help as soon as humanly possible.. You wanna call other people sick for disagreeing with you? Its life, so get off your high horse and concern yourself with the choices you are making in your own life. You have everything so twisted, but I guess there is no use in trying to reason with a lunatic. Go get your blow job and kick back for being such a loyal boyfriend and referring DOCTOR G’s patients to Demorest. Everyone knows the truth and if they don’t, I’m sure Kim will be glad to clarify.

  80. Dear Susan,

Thank you for your participation on the threads. On behalf of KTF Media Group, I thank you for your readership.

  81. Concerned! You finally got the point!!! He hooks people and keeps writing stronger scripts or just ads more! This only took you four days to understand…! No Crap the three of us only go/went for the pain killers!

This will be my last point because you are obvioulsy not the smartest!

To everyone that thinks they will not go through withdrawl because its only been a short time, good luck and I hope you have a few personal day! It’s an evil problem to kick… It’s much worse on the original problem that the doctor did nothing but throw pills at…

  82. Wow Dana, for a mother of six with a ill husband its hard to believe you can turn your other cheek on what is really going on with your good doctor. I wish your husband luck as I’m sure there are many doctors that can treat him. Hopefully your children will never experience what many have, and became addicted to because of Dr. G. Glad to see you only care about yourself not the epidemic that should be stopped that your good dr. Helped contribute too!

Do not give up hope – it is likely the IRS will have their say in the near future. In addition, insurance fraud is another likely problem for Mr. Giacchino.

  89. Concerned Patient on

I just saw that there is someone else using the name concerned:PATIENT. That is not me, I went by concerned patient when this article first came out and as you can read for yourselves I did not say anything vulgar or classless. I had legitimate questions that was all. The other “concerned patient” is another female. I did not want joe foscoe or anyone else to think that the posts were put by the same person… I think I have posted 3 comments. I’m wondering why someone would use the same name and not put their own, thought that was kind of weird, but once I read it all I just wanted to make sure that my questions or comments weren’t being assosiated with the others. I’m sure joe could tell the difference in mannerisms, no offense to anyone.

  90. concerned:PATIENT: on

lol. actually it was funny cuz i made this name, then later realized, there was another name SIMILAR but in many ways different… if you notice THEY ARE VERY DIFFERENT, and any person using a computer should be able to recognize that. no offense to anyone.

For those of you that are obviously having some discomfort over Giacchino being out of business, please call (800) 662-HELP. Thank you.

  92. Concerned Patient on

I got on the website today to see what’s been goin on with the Dr Giacchino situation and saw that someone else also used the name concerned patient. Im sure that there are a lot of concerned patients, I just wanted to make sure that my comments didnt get confused with the other patients comments. Im assuming that Mr. Fosco knew which comments came from me and which ones came from Dr. G’s other patients. Im sure nobody will really know anything about Dr G’s status until after his court date this week.

  93. Joseph Fosco on

    Dear Concerned,

Perhaps you can take a number, i.e., concerned 1, concerned 2 and concerned 3, etcetera.

My take on Mr. G’s situation with his upcoming hearing (I believe on Tuesday, May 4, 2010), is that he will not be reinstated. His lawyers will want time to prepare a defense and the state is not going to allow G to practice medicine while his lawyers prepare. If his lawyers are honest with him, they will likely advise him to forget about fighting it because he will not win. However, G’s ego will shoot him in the foot again; he will pay the lawyers money that he will probably get from Dr Codini and/or Dr. Dado, only to lose.

If a different medical group is formed, they might be able to open the two clinics under a different ownership. However, no doctor will be dumb enough to do what G was doing. What doctor would be eager to wind up like G?

In my opinion, G’s entire crusade to win back his license will be derailed provided the government pursues a tax and insurance fraud case against him, which I believe is coming G’s liberty will be more of a concern to him.

The way I have it figured, Mrs. G is sitting on roughly 4-million dollars of G’s blood money and will likely leave town with it in the near future. She will never hand it back to him, which is why he will have to beg his sister and ex-wife (DR. Codini and DR. Dado) for their money.

If I were still talking to Joseph III, I would tell him to keep his money away from his fathers control because it will be the first to be sucked up by him.

After the hearing this week, everyone will see that I am right, thus allowing patients to adjust to the idea that a new option will be required. I am hoping that as many patients as possible will accept that G contributed to their drug addictions as I would be willing to put them in touch with an attorney that seems to be initiating a class action law suit against G for his litany of professional misconduct.

  101. Joseph Fosco on

    Dear The Ghost,

I am considering an article on the Giacchino/Outfit matter. Should I write one? I pretty much covered everyting by now.

    Dear No Way,

Both clinics are closed; however, MPC appears to be booking appointments on behalf of a new doctor on a limited basis. Seems like a smoke and mirror tactic by Giacchino to offer an appearance of a working clinic. He is full of tricks.

I simple medical corporation lookup on the Illinois Department of Professional Regulations website shows the MPC is ‘inactive’.

I was told today that my appointment that I had made in April for later in the month of May might not be cancelled. I hope that she was right. I am patiently waiting for Dr. G’s return, because i liked him as my dr and dont want to have to start seeing someone new and start all over with getting to know my dr. I hope everything works out for him and that no personal issues play a part in what the state of illinois decides!

  104. I talked to the drs office today and they told me to call thursday to schedule my appt so Im assuming it’ll be reopening soon!!! VERY EXCITING! I hope he does get his license reinstate so i can say IN YOUR FACE to all the haters!!!!!

    Dear Readers,

I am sorry the good have to suffer consequence with the bad.

I have decided to hold all incoming comments for moderation. For the first time in KTF’s 2-year history, some viewers have started to misbehave on the threads to alarming rates. I am not surprised that these offenders are an extension of Joseph Giacchino, Jr. – for obvious reason it makes sense (disturbed ones, please call 800-662-HELP).

Valued readers, please continue to submit comments thru KTF’s threads, and know they will be posted very soon.

I made the decision to moderate the comments out of respect for my valued readers. I was not happy that vulgarity and identity theft on the threads was creating an uneasy experience for you. As Publisher of KTF Media Group, I have a duty to protect my readers from harassment related matters – I have addressed the matter.

I have removed the most vulgar content. However, I have left a great deal of the tolerable comments on the threads, as I am a major supporter of freedom of speech.

On behalf of KTF Media Group, I thank you for your continued support. I look forward to delivering news to you for years to come.

    Sincerely,

  106. Joe,

The Loon has closed. Any idea where DiFronzo and the boys will hold court now?

  107. Zillow.com shows G bought his house for 3.3 million in 06 and that it’s only worth 1.4 now. That alone is a multi million dollar hit on just one of his many places. This guy will have to do a lot of scrambling to stay afloat…

  108. Everytime I pop in to catch up, I see that mug looking at me and it’s very creepy.

Not as creepy however as when he layed the wrap on you while there for a sinus infection, with his long pony tail and blue rimmed glasses – that was the early dayS…

And IMO, if you didn’t kind of go along with his flirting – he became a very arrogant SOB and treated you as a lesser person. I am a doc you are just a dumb broad (cause you don’t cherish my advances)

    Dear Nick,

Not sure yet. I will let you, the news and the FBI know as soon as I do find out. Thanks.

  111. Joseph Fosco on

    Dear Bob,

Will you pay my legal expenses every time I file a lawsuit for libel? If so, I will abolish the moderation program.

  112. Concerned Patient on

Any word on what happened in court? I am confused at what holding for moderation means because it says that 1 of my comments was being held for moderation, but I did not say anything wrong or say anything out of line at all. I’ve kept it respectful 100%…?

  113. Joseph Fosco on

    Dear Concerned,

‘Holding for moderation’ applies to everyone, unfortunately. Because of the number of recent inappropriate comments stemming from the Giacchino pieces, for the first time in 2-years KTF Media Group is now regulating comments. If you have always been appropriate in leaving comments, I am sorry that the moderation process affects you. However, please know that all appropriate comments will be displayed shortly after they are submitted.

    Regarding Giacchino’s hearing yesterday:

His AM prosecution hearing at the Illinois Building began with one of nearly 20-witnesses testifying. Because of the amount of witnesses, the hearings are expected to last 1-2 weeks.

His PM hearing in court where G was seeking a temporary reinstatement of his medical license, resulted in an unfavorable ruling, therefore, Giacchino’s request was abruptly denied (as I predicted). The court affirmed the Illinois Department of Professional Regulations decision to suspend Giacchino’s medical license.

The fast-talking and slick Giacchino would like everyone to believe that he had never committed an infraction (that a conspiracy is working against him, involving scores of law enforcement and jurists). And everything emanates from KTF Media Group. So far, the only people that believe such a sensational story are the mad doctor (G) and several of his former patients that are clearly under the influence of narcotic medication.

    Dear Viviana,

Giacchino does not need you to watch his back; he needs someone to start paying his bills. Two estates, one-penthouse and two-luxury condominiums are expensive. Like with most drug dealers, drugs provide a great income for them. Oh, let us not forget the dozen or so high-end automobiles that have monthly payments attached to them.

Viviana and others concerned for Giacchino, if you truly want to help him, visit him as often as you can and pay him his fee, although, you cannot receive drugs anymore. Nonetheless, you will truly be watching his back – he will appreciate it.

In the meantime, call (800) 662-HELP!

  115. If his temporary license was denied what does it matter if twenty people testify for him.

It’s nice to have a level headed concerned : patient back on the board. The angy “concerned” must have finally hit the wall known as norc withdrawls. I met and saw her a few times in G’s office and she was a lot nicer in person.

    • Dear HowdyD,

Perhaps I was not clear enough with my explanation – nearly 20-witnesses are testifying against Giacchino – not for him. I do not know how many witnesses Giacchino plans to call in his defense.

  116. I love the statement from whoever said G will have enough people supporting him to fill half the hall at court… It will be a little hard for all his patients going through withdrawl to leave the toilet/bed let alone drive to some courthouse down town… I truly beleive helf of them don’t even know whats coming. I’ve already noticed some of his biggest supporters have fallen off this site because they can no longer make it to their computers…

  117. Hey I need to a.s.k. you a ? (JF) Are you confirming that the outfit means THE MAFIA? If you are, I really do think that you need to take a look around you and look what a mess the government is in. Pills are not what need to be looked at its the infiltration of all the species that should not be in THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. THINK ABOUT IT. Go to California, New York, New Mexico, Arizona, Texas. DO NOT HARM CHICAGO.

  118. Hey and this is to BOB… Hey BOB how would you know what goes on there unless you have been there? Are you one of those stalkers that follows everyone, or a child molester you…… You have seen DR. G in the past or you would not be following this. Go see a ….. doctor. Ya….

  119. If you have pain and an MRI and other tests there should be no problem. I am going to a neurologist/psychiatrist who prescribes me the same medication the G did. If you have legitimate reasons you can get pain meds – that is why they are on the market, but my present Dr would throw you out if you came in and said “can I get a scrip for 300 Norcos?
