The Eternal Flame Via A Burning Cross: Dr. Giacchino’s Sickness Should Be America’s Hope

I believe that Catholicism and politics are two major influences in America (these influences are the driving force behind KTF Media Group). Therefore, I find it necessary to point out a different message from the image on display in this article, one which might not occur to everyone at first. Perhaps we can take this graphic image and redeem it to some degree by expressing that this fiery emblem can be owned by those it persecutes. We might see this symbol of love and understanding, twisted to suit the ends of bigots, and know that, because we feel this visceral revulsion towards the message it expresses, that we as a society have transcended the racist ideology the burning cross represents. In essence, let us hijack this image from those who hijacked it from Christianity.

By owning the fiery cross in this way, we may turn it from a flame of intolerance to a flame that can light the world, not unlike the Eternal Flame of John F. Kennedy. I trust that Barack Obama will bring the same positive sensation to America in January, after his inauguration.

Obviously some people have more time on their hands than others. This is art and if I am not mistaken freedom of speech as well. How can you condemn someone for their constitutional right, even if it is offensive to some people. I have been a patient of Dr. Giacchino for some time, he has been concerned with my neck injury and ongoing pain I deal with everyday trying to find alternative methods to pills, unlike some seem to believe. He is not evil, he is a good doctor and does care about his patients. This art work should not have been made into a mockery of the doctor himself, unless you would like to address the priests who “play” with their acolytes in church. You stated about Catholicism and politics in your third paragraph. why not pay more attention to what is really going on in the world today and leave our Freedom to be the way it should as my Father and both Grandfathers fought for our rights. Sorry if I have upset you but it is what it is, take it as a grain of salt, and that is freedom. God has given all of us the best gift ever, free will. I have left out the Patriot Act though, which have taken some of our rights away, I wonder why?

  2. I have read a lot of your articles, you seem to be a small guy with the big guy syndrome. Like throwing big names around? Got you anywhere? It doesn’t seem like you have been healed. Whats up with mixing a doctor and his art? doesn’t seem like much of a comparison. Why don’t you actually read the bible, it doesn’t seem like ever did. But this is just an observation of your articles, not anything to take away from you, like being healed, or finding yourself and God. Look harder, and pray a little nicer, you may find what your looking for.

    Dear Tony,
Please refrain from using inappropriate language on this site.
    Sincerely,

  4. CONCERNED CATHOLIC AS SOMEONE FAMILIAR WITH THE MEDICAL INDUSTRY…IT IS NOT NORMAL TO GIVE OUT 90 DAY SCRIPTS OF NARCOTICS WITHOUT MD VISITS IN BETWEEN. IT MAY BE LEGAL BUT VIOLATES THE HIPPOCRATIC OATH. MDS ARE SUPPOSED DECIPHER THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LEGIT CHRONIC PAIN AND NARCOTIC ABUSE/ADDICTION. THIS MD IS NOT ETHICAL AND THERE IS A STRONG LIKLIHOOD THAT HE IS NOTHING MORE THAN A GLORIFIED DRUG DEALER.

  5. Dear Mr. White,
I agree with you completely. Too bad the State of Illinois does not see things the way we do. The State of Illinois will have egg on its face when someone significant to a person of power dies via the hands of Giacchino. Unfortunately, the only time justice prevails in Illinois is when someone of power wants something done. The little people like you and me have to be patient.
    Sincerely,
    Joseph Fosco

    dear rwhite,
i will not even capitalize anything in this article, as you are not worth it, your a different style of person to respond as you did. i think your missing the picture (THE PAINTING AT THE BEGINNING OF THIS ARTICLE) that is the real issue as this is entitled (THE ETERNAL FLAME VIA A BURNING CROSS), but joe turned this article from a painting to a whole story of what Dr. G has supposedly been doing in his past and some of his present accusations. i think you would defiantly open your eyes a little more if you read all of joes story’s, but i think this debate was more about a painting. how can you justify criticizing me over this, i have never been handed a 90 day script of any medications, i actually visit him once a month for a check up so he can make sure i am ok. but if it is legal for that to happen someone decided that it was ok, a higher level of God himself, the government. if it is legal, whats the problem? and further more a hypocritical oath between doctors on how to distribute narcotics somehow i don’t see that happening. a whole bunch of doctors sitting around deciding on how long to make patients come to see them. unfortunately some people may not have insurance, or the doctor decided they only needed to be seen every 90 days, it is legal, my doctor is ethical unless you know or are doing something i am not to skip on paying the doctor the money he wants every time i go to see him. so side with joseph fosco, but before you do ,read all of his articles, all of them, i defiantly think Mr. funk is right. i even read “an interview with joseph fosco”, it is pretty boring. open your eyes a little more and try to see who is writing this, and you just respond against me calling my doctor a “glorified drug dealer”
you make me sick, read all of his articles, joe is just a hurt person trying to place the blame on everyone he could to save his behind from something you will find out later if you take the time to actually read all of his articles. but yet you have nothing to say about the painting, i guess you must have liked it in your own way because you didn’t mention any of this in your ranting about something you seem to know much about. are you a doctor in his office, or a patient that has a tragic story about my doctor just to have something to write about. seriously though, how about the painting?

  8. Dear Concerned Catholic Patient,
Thank you for your interest in KTF Media Group. I am very proud of the fact that you appear to have read all of my articles. However, I believe that you missed one. Read my recent one titled, “ATTENTION PUBLIC! UPDATE – Dr. Joseph L. Giacchino, Jr., MD., – The Fed Steps In!” In fact, go directly to the letter that I have linked from the article, http://ktfmediagroup.com/joefosco/idfpr1.png.
Mr. or Ms. Concerned Catholic Patient, instead of advising my readers to look hard at my articles as if some sort of a da Vinci Code type of message will reveal a sinister agenda, simply look at the letter that I have linked above. The above linked letter is clear as crystal and requires no imagination. Despite my rather hard feelings for Dr. Giacchino (for many valid reasons), I will pray for him.
    Sincerely,
    Joseph Fosco

  9. I am on to you Chumpman! on

Sam Chapman of Empower Public Relations, in my opinion, is not half of the sales person that his wife, Dr. Laura Berman is (Berman sells sex toys – Chapman sells reputations).
I just read Chapman’s comments left under the article titled ‘Is Empower Public Relations A Naïve Firm Or Plain Old Deceitful?’ published by KTF Media Group. According to Chapman’s blog comments, he has done a great job of showing us how low he can go. I think the article is dead on!
    P.S.
I love the person that called Chapman ‘Sum Chumpman’
